Every client’s hearing journey is unique and individualised.

• Otoscopy is carried out and a comprehensive client history is obtained. Listening situations are identified and a comprehensive audiology assessment is completed on each client. Hearing results are discussed with client and an individual management plan is devised to address challenging listening situations identified by the client.
• Hearing aids are fitted to the gold standard by real ear measurements (REM’s). REM’s is an objective method to verify hearing aid fittings. A probe tube is placed safely in the ear canal and the probe microphone measures the output of the hearing aid ensuring sound quality is:

A real ear measurement is the most reliable method to ensure hearing aids are programmed for the individual hearing loss therefore providing a comfortable and effective listening experience.
